Our cookery course

Performed and organized is our cookery course from Andreas, our swiss chef with longstanding professional experience in spanish, traditional and modern kitchen.

The cookery courses could be arrnaged after your needs but include in general the following points:

Traditional spanish and canarian specialities, tapas and typical national dishes.

The cookery courses are performed from the beginning of september until the middle of June and could be kombined with our hiking program:

5 days hiking, 5 days cooking.

The course includes:

• 7 nights with halfboard in doble bedroom
• 5 guided hikes with local guide
• Transport to and from the hiking area
• 5 days cooking course under the instruction of our professional swiss chef Andreas
• Daily duration of the cokkery course about 2,30 h

It is planed to perform a hike at about 10.00 h for 3 – 4 hours, subsequent to the hike we will have lunch. We start cooking at 17.00h, we eat the result at about 19.30 h.
